On the Spot Seminar on Secrets of Budgeting and Business Planning

The general objective of this seminar was to upgrade the participants knowledge of business planning activities. The main idea was to show the new models of business planning including creative thinking and innovation. The course program included practical sessions for motivating the participants to implement the information gained into daily practice. The group members presented new practices learned to their colleagues and managers, including: ideas for products and processing, and new skills and models for advertising and design. Participants analyzed existing business situations and brought new concepts for implementation in to their organizations. They also proposed solutions for different problems and challenges presented by their peers.
