INTRODUCTION
In order to satisfy the growing need for organizations to incorporate innovation experts, it is necessary to look for another system that allows them to capture value from various sources of innovation located both inside and outside the organization. It is therefore necessary to expand the innovation structure within the organization. Israel has the proven ability to turn ideas into innovative products and services, is a leader in Intellectual Property and commercialization due to its collaborative and open work policies. It is within this framework MCTC offers this course.
OBJECTIVE
This course aims to provide access to tools and methodologies that allow the adoption of new strategies related to innovation management for the development of new products and services in organizations and companies with international projection. Furthermore, to improve the skills and knowledge of professionals in the field of intellectual property dealing with innovation policy and IP (Intellectual Property) strategies.
TOPICS
By the end of the course, participants will be familiar with the tools that can be used to formulate effective IP strategies and innovation policies.

PARTICIPANT’S PROFILE
The course is designed for professionals specialized in innovation, in different types of organizations, representatives of companies and academics and professionals in the field of intellectual property who are concerned with innovation policy and IP strategies. The course will be conducted in Spanish.
METHODOLOGY
The course will combine theoretical elements through lectures in online sessions, and group exercises focused on developing a project concept related to innovation management within the thematic interests of the participants. The methodology use requires that participants, in addition to the regular hours of participation in the online sessions, dedicate additional time to fulfill the assigned tasks. Full participation will be required to receive certification.
